Group Billing in Hotels: One Payer, Many Rooms, Different Check-out Days

How it works

1. Check the rooms in as usual, each with its own stay.
2. Pick the payer room and route the other rooms' rent, with or without extras, to it.
3. Each routed room checks out on its own day. It closes with only its own part and no invoice of its own.
4. The payer room checks out last and gets one invoice for the whole group. The system blocks it while a routed room is still in-house.

Payments stay correct

Advances and payments taken on a routed room are credited to the payer, so the final balance is exact. A Group Folio page lists every room, what was routed, what was paid and what is payable.

Room change on the same bill

A guest who takes Deluxe 101 for the first night and moves to Premium 201 the next day still gets one bill. Each night is charged at its own room rate, and the old room goes to housekeeping automatically.
